How to:
If you have id46 recordable transponder, i can tell you how to programm it for start car.

First – you need Recordalible ID-46 or TPX4. (Transponder when you can change and write ID).
In your dump:
Key 1 ID: 00 04 1D 12
Key 2 ID: C1 B9 81 10
ISK: B0 E9 83 16 A6 CC
3 page: 2E D6 AE CA

You can write this data in Transponder. (but in 3 page you need write Last 2E byte) if you write its, you can try start the car!

You need ID rewritable 7936 transponder or TPX4 and write ID like in decrypted dump
