Basic Settings (Gear Adoption) on Mercedes Transmissions?

Please note that the basic settings is not programming.
You still need to program the unit before doing the basic settings.

Steps for Mercedes Transmission basic settings (722.8, 722.9, …):

1. Open your Xentry,
2. Connect to your car,
3. Control Units
– Drive
– Transmission
– Control Unit Adaptations or Adaptation
– Display and reset of adaptation data
– Resetting of adaptation data
