Autel IM608 Keeps Freezing Solutions

Problem with Autel im608:
Anyone has the reflash software for the im608?
My device keeps freezing every time i restart it. Please help!

Suggestion from pros:
– if you have an active subscription you can just delete and start over.

– if you r put of subscription then you were supposed to make a backup every so often so you don’t loose everything. 

– if you haven’t made a backup I highly suggest doing that before starting over
